As a busy mom, Certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Instuctor & Nutrition Coach I know how important it is to have approachable, productive workouts that save time. 


That's exactly what you will get at Tove -intentionally crafted classes that allow you to finish your workouts feeling energized and inspired to keep showing up. 


Whether you're working with me in person or taking classes online the goal is always: for you to feel confident & capable in your body. 

When it comes to working out -consistency is key.

This is a class for every fitness level focused on strength, proper breathing (calms my nerves) and just feel good while utilizing slow controlled movements.
