Movement has always been an important part of Emily's life. From being an active kid playing sports, running half marathons, leading hikes at camp, to becoming a yoga and fitness instructor, she has been moving all her life.
Which is why, after two traumatic birth experiences and feeling lost in her body, Emily pursued her Pre/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification. As she put the pieces together through injuries, trial and error she found a better way to build strength.
Incorporating breathing techniques and rebalancing from the inside out allowed Emily to recover postpartum in ways she didn't think were possible. Now a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach she's on a mission to help others feel their best as she continues her training.
